Participants must me female, between the ages of 18 and 27, 5'7'' or TALLER in height, a citizen of the United States Citizen and live in the United States. There is no weight requirement and no modeling experience necessary.
Applicants must provide CW44 at the event copies of both a driver's license or passport AND social security card or birth certificate (one of each, 2 total required). If selected by the network, each girl must acquire a passport if they don't have one. Each girl must also fill out an application prior to event and must bring 3 photos at the participant's discretion. Photos will not be returned by the CW Network.
Only participant's will be allowed in The RITZ Ybor for casting. Family and friends will not be allowed inside.

DEADLINE: ALL COMPLETED SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MIDNIGHT PACIFIC STANDARD TIME, WEDNESDAY, JULY 15, 2009.
Making the tape:
· Length: Maximum length is three (3) minutes. Anything over three (3) minutes will not be considered.
· Format: DVD or VHS only (no mini-DV, Hi-8, 8mm or VHS-C). To transfer the other formats to VHS, simply connect your camera to your VCR and record. Note we are accepting DVDs as well.
· Content: Tell us who you are and why you would make the ultimate top model. Be creative! Part of your video should at least include you showing us your best runway walk.
· No Music: Please do not include any music in your audition tape.

Send your completed application and videotape submission to the following address. Producers will be accepting completed applications and videotape submissions now through and including deadline listed above, it being understood that such dates may be changed at any time without notice in the Producers' sole discretion:
